IgY chicken polyclonal antibody

The Tulip Biolabs, Inc. IgY chicken polyclonal antibody, anti-PARP1, cat #1051, was made using highly purified, recombinant full-length human PARP1, expressed in a baculovirus expression system.By WB, Cat. #1051 recognizes intact PARP1 MW=113kDa, the 89kDa apoptosis-induced cleavage product, and other lower molecular weight fragments of PARP1.

Recognizes PARP1, poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 enzyme, in human, rat, and mouse.  Other species have not been tested.

●Use in Western Blot, 1 µg/ml using HRP/TMB colorimetric methods;  <1 µg/ml for ECL
