SHIPPING
Products are shipped F.O.B. West Point, PA, USA. Shipping charges (US$15 for US or US$35 for Canada delivery) are prepaid and added to your invoice. US orders are normally processed Mon thru Thu until 4:00PM EST, and are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight. Canadian orders are processed on Mon and Tue, and are shipped via Fedex International Priority (delivery in 2 - 4 days). Please contact us for shipping to other countries.
CREDIT TERMS
Net 30 days. Overdue amounts are subject to carrying charge at 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
LIMITATIONS

RETURNS
If it is necessary to return a product to us, please call for a return authorization prior to shipping the product. No credit or exchange will be permitted without prior authorization. Our product liability is limited to your purchase price or product replacement.
